Do I need to be musical?
Not at all. Wellplayed is designed for anyone who is curious about music and how it connects with their life. You don’t need to sing, play an instrument or know anything about music theory.
Do I need Spotify or another streaming service?
No. Wellplayed is not tied to a specific streaming service. Some experiences may invite you to find, listen to or explore music using whatever music service or music source you normally use.
Is Wellplayed music therapy?
No. Wellplayed is a music therapy-informed digital platform. It is not music therapy and does not replace healthcare, counselling or professional support. It draws on practices and insights developed through decades of clinical music therapy experience.
How much time do the exercises take?
It varies by experience. Some can be explored in one sitting, while others invite you to return, add music or reflect over time. You can move through Wellplayed at your own pace.
