The JB Music Therapy Centre is
a welcoming, gathering place for young adults to create together.

Meet Up” combines group music therapy and art experiences to offer opportunities for personal expression, skill (both in music and art) enhancement and positive peer interaction. In addition to group music therapy, and art activities, participants will have social time with hot chocolate, and are encouraged to take home the art projects they create.

Ages: 15+, maximum 10 participants

It is an ideal program for individuals with strong communication skills (either verbal or non-verbal), who have a passion for music and a willingness to explore new creative activities
